Smoothie Extravaganza



A healthy and refreshing smoothie made with chia seeds, banana, berries, and spinach. Great for refueling after a workout or as a healthy way to start the day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

Put everything into a blender

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Pour into glasses and serve right away
