Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 48 Hershey's Kisses, unwrapped
- Additional granulated sugar for rolling
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Mix the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth
The egg, milk, and vanilla extract should be added
Good beat
Put the flour, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl and mix them together
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, making sure to beat well after each addition
Make 1-inch balls out of the dough
Add more granulated sugar to each ball and roll it in it
Put the sugared dough balls on baking sheets that haven't been greased
For eight to ten minutes, or until just barely golden
As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, press a Hershey's Kiss into the middle of each one
Move the cookies to a wire rack to cool all the way down
