Roasted Rosemary Hazelnuts
Savor the delightful fusion of earthy rosemary aroma and roasted hazelnuts, accentuated with a dash of sea salt and black pepper.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer
Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown, stirring halfway through
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, dried rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper
Pour the mixture over the roasted hazelnuts and toss to coat evenly
Return coated hazelnuts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving
