Zesty Lime Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Cucumber

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
