Orzo Spinach Parmesan



A quick and tasty pasta dish made with orzo, fresh spinach, and Parmesan cheese. This meal is ready in no time and tastes great.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes

Stir in cooked orzo pasta and grated Parmesan cheese

Cook until everything is heated through and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Serve hot and enjoy!
