Naramata Inn Classic Burger



Indulge in the classic Naramata Inn burger featuring a juicy beef patty, melted cheddar, and a delicious burger sauce. It's the perfect combination of flavors and textures for burger enthusiasts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat

Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size

Add pepper and salt

Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and cover it for the last minute of cooking to melt the cheese

Heat up the grill and toast the burger buns until they are just barely golden while the burgers are cooking

Mayonnaise and ketchup should be mixed together in a small bowl to make burger sauce

Spread burger sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together

Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then a burger patty with cheese that has melted on top of that

Put in pickles, tomato slices, and red onion dices

Put the other half of the bun on top

Enjoy while it's hot with your favorite sides
