Grilled Pineapple-Chicken Kabob Packs
The grilled pineapple and chicken kabob packs taste great with both sweet and savory foods. Veggies, juicy pineapple, and marinated chicken are skewered and grilled until they are just right. This makes a tasty and filling meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions:
Put soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together with a whisk
Put chicken cubes in the marinade and cover
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, but preferably overnight
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Skewer pineapple chunks, chicken that has been marinated, bell pepper, and red onion
Put the kabobs on a grill that has already been heated up
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over once in a while, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are soft
