Vegan Cookie Dough Pie
This Vegan Cookie Dough Pie is very tasty. It has a crunchy almond flour crust, a creamy peanut butter layer, and dairy-free chocolate chips. It's a tasty treat for any event, and it's made from only plants!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of almond milk
- 1 vegan pie crust
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix until you get a dough
Add the chocolate chips that don't contain dairy
The cookie dough mix should be pressed into the vegan pie crust's bottom
Put powdered sugar, almond milk, and peanut butter in a different bowl
Mix them together until the mixture is smooth
Spread the peanut butter mix on top of the pie crust's cookie dough layer
Put it in the oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown
Let the pie cool down all the way before cutting it into pieces and serving it
