Edamame Snack



This crispy and savory edamame snack is perfect for satisfying your cravings while providing a healthy dose of plant-based protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen edamame
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400F 200C

Thaw the edamame by running them under cold water

In a bowl, toss the thawed edamame with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated

Spread the seasoned edamame on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edamame is crispy and lightly browned, stirring halfway through

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving
