Keto Spiced Sweet Bagels



These sweet bagels with keto spices are a tasty low-carb treat that will satisfy your bagel cravings and help you stay on track with your keto diet. They taste like cinnamon and nutmeg, and you can add things like chopped walnuts and sugar-free chocolate chips if you want to make them your own.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter or coconut oil

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms

Fold in the chopped walnuts and sugar-free chocolate chips if desired

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into bagel rounds

You can use a bagel mold or simply shape them by hand

Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and firm to the touch

Allow the bagels to cool on a wire rack before serving
